Windows 10, 11 Digital License Activation:
- A digital license (HWID) is a permanent activation for your system hardware. Once activated, you will always receive a digital license, even if you reinstall the system; however, you will need to connect to the Internet once to receive a license after reinstall.
- You can install all supported versions and Digital licenses on your system. The Change W10 Edition Option lets you set the HWID for all editions.
- This Activation will not install any files on your system.
- The Windows Update Service and the Internet must be enabled for instant Activation to work properly. If you execute it anyway, the system will activate automatically when you enable the Windows Update service and the Internet.
- The use of VPNs, privacy- and anti-spyware products, privacy-based hosts, and firewall rules may cause problems with successful Activation (by blocking some Microsoft services).
- During the activation procedure, you may see an error message stating ‘Blocked key’ or other issues. Note that the causes of these issues are either the aforementioned reasons, faulty system files, or, in rare cases, an MS server problem. The ‘Blocked key’ error comes because the system was unable to contact Microsoft servers for Activation; however, this script activation process does not require any Blocked Keys.
- If a user reinstalls a ‘Retail (Consumer)’ Windows 10 ISO on the same hardware, the system will automatically activate at the first online contact. However, if a ‘VL (Business)’ Windows 10 ISO is used, the user must insert the Retail/OEM key to activate the system if they do not want to use this script again.
Windows 10/11/Server KMS38 Activation:
- KMS38 Activation means activating Windows 10 until 2038. It is not permanent, and after reinstalling Windows, the user must reactivate it.
- KMS38, unlike Digital License, does not require an internet connection or the Windows Update service to be enabled upon Activation.
- No files will be saved in the system to maintain Activation.
- If you intend to use KMS38 in conjunction with 180 days of Office KMS, apply KMS38 first, then use any KMS38-compatible KMS activator.
- KMS38 activation will delete the KMS IP and Port; hence, utilize any office activator after deploying KMS38.
- The system may restart to complete Activation, so save your work before continuing. If Windows is activated after 180 days, the KMS38 activation routine will utilize slmgr /rearm, which requires a restart.
Online KMS Activation:
- The online KMS activation technique is completely free of antivirus detections.
- The activator script is based on @abbodi1406’s KMS_VL_ALL (standalone Activate-Local.cmd). The script has been adjusted to operate with Multi-Kms servers and server renewal tasks. (For more information, refer to credits.)
- This activator skips Activation of any permanently active product, including KMS38.
- KMS activates Windows and Office for 180 days (core/ProWMC Editions: 30 to 45 days).
- This activator allows instant worldwide Activation in Windows 8.1 and later, meaning that if you later install/update an Office product (excluding Office 2010), change your Windows edition, date, or hardware, the system will automatically activate if you are online. You do not need to run the activator again.
- This activator includes a list of the most stable KMS servers (6 and up). The server selection process is totally automated. You don’t have to worry about server availability.
- If you only want to activate for 180 days and do not want any activator leftovers on your system, activate first and then use the complete uninstall option. (To remove the used server name from the system) (but I recommend that you do not use the complete uninstall option because the server name is only registered in the registry and no file is created for it; this registered server name can be useful in case of automatic reactivation when you change office license, Windows edition, system hardware, or any other cause of activation failure).
- For lifetime activation, use the generate renewal task option (requires Internet access at least once every six months). This renewal task’s main function is to renew Online KMS servers, not to reactivate them; the system will automatically renew Activation if the server is online and registered. This renewal task creates a weekly scheduled task (runs only when the Internet is online) to renew KMS servers and generate the required files in C: WindowsOnline_KMS_Activation_Script.
- If your system date is inaccurate (more than 6 months) and you are offline, the system will deactivate; however, if you correct the system date, it will automatically activate.
- Why should you use online KMS activation when you can easily get an offline KMS activator? The key advantage of online KMS is that it is completely free of antivirus detection, whereas all offline KMS activators are detected by antivirus software. If you or someone in your circle struggles with monitoring antivirus exclusions for KMS, wishes to eliminate false positives, or wants a completely clean machine, use this option.
Extract the $OEM$ folder (Preactivated Windows Installation):
- Online KMS preactivation (separately, with a digital license, or with KMS38) generates two scheduled tasks and two .cmd files under C:\Windows\Online_KMS_Activation_Script. After the first internet interaction, one scheduled task will run a .cmd file. After successfully registering the KMS server, one task and its .cmd file will automatically terminate, leaving only one task and one .cmd file to run weekly for the rest of your life.
- In the case of an Online KMS + Digital license, Online KMS will completely bypass Windows activation during registration of the KMS for other products, and all later-installed Volume (VL) programs (Office) will auto-activate when online. In the event of Online KMS plus KMS38, online KMS will bypass Windows activation but not KMS38 activation, and will register the KMS for other products. Additionally, all later-installed Volume (VL) products (Office) will auto-activate when online.
- To install Preactivated Windows, follow the steps below. Extract the $OEM$ folder. Now, copy the $OEM$ folder to the “sources” folder on the Windows installation media (iso/usb). The directory will look like this. ISO/USB: source$OEM$ Use this iso/USB to install Windows, which will automatically activate upon initial internet connection.
