ReFX Nexus 5 is a very popular synthesiser ROM; anyone in the music industry has probably heard of it. This is the fifth version; the software has been significantly updated, the engine redesigned, a large amount of new content added, and the interface is noticeably more user-friendly. This synth is designed for electronic music, EDM, trance, and hip hop, but it may be utilised anywhere high-quality, ready-to-mix sounds are required.

Librarian:
There are three navigation columns, with folder, category, and preset counters to see how many of each item are available quickly. You can add coloured tags, bookmarks, and favourites, and a separate space for user presets has also been provided.
Arpeggiator:
Access to all sixteen-layer arpeggiators, plus the main one. A thumbnail view of the interactive overview is at the top to help you avoid getting lost in the pattern.
Routing:
The signal flow is fully visualised: you see what you hear as well as what you see. Oscillators, layers, and effects are all modified on the same page, eliminating the need to switch between tabs.
Skins:
We’ve included a built-in skin browser in the software; select and apply your favourite.
Compatibility:
NEXUS 5 is fully compatible with all old projects and libraries. Load your beats into your DAW, and all the sounds are pulled in; nothing breaks, everything works.
