The application operates through the terminal, so you’ll need to learn a few instructions. The screenshot depicts one of the shells, but you’ll actually be using CMD. If you are not afraid of a dark screen, you will have a formidable instrument at your disposal. It can scan large networks containing hundreds of machines without trouble. The concept is simple: the utility sends packets to the network and determines who is online.
This is not simply an IP address scanner. The software can identify the programs running on the detected machines, along with their versions. This allows you to identify vulnerable software and push users to update. It also recognises operating systems and monitors firewalls and antivirus software.
The technology is incredibly adaptable and can overcome numerous barriers, including IP filters, difficult routers, and firewalls.
