You’re witnessing a true comeback of physical modelling from the 1990s. Back then, PCM was popular, but club kids were already seeking a more versatile, richer analogue sound. It was then, in 1995, that the renowned Prophecy debuted (those in the know recall that even The Prodigy used it to record their singles), with just astonishing capabilities for the time. This renowned gadget has now been transferred to software, available as a plugin, and includes polyphony and other features.
You may get KORG Prophecy for free below; the archive contains everything you need to activate it.

- Two signal routing paths offer extensive sound design options and a plethora of presets for various styles.
- The graphical interface was overhauled with a focus on simplicity.
The original hardware synthesiser featured a cool ribbon controller shaped like a log, and the inventors attempted to translate this expressiveness to virtual macros.
