This is a modified version of UltraEdit, enhanced with a few more features. The interface remains the same. Russian support is not available. You can download IDM UEStudio below.
The editor supports over 30 popular compilers, can even work with integrated CVS, is a decent converter and browser, and supports remote FTP servers for uploading files after editing.
