CopyFolders is a dependable tool that allows you to copy files from various source folders to the required destinations based on predefined rules. Its main feature is the ability to run up to nine processes at the same time, which allows you to transfer data from various flash devices or hard disks to different destinations.
CopyFolders is available for free download; as a freeware tool, it has no constraints.
The setup process is straightforward, but it hides strong filters. You can utilize file masks that contain special characters. An asterisk represents any number of characters, but a question mark represents only one. You can quickly filter for MP3 recordings or documents that have exactly three letters in their names. During transmission, the application preserves original file system properties and timestamps while also employing asynchronous reading methods.

Features:
- Configure up to nine distinct copy streams and sort data by masks and extensions, including support for special characters.
- Automatically create subfolders in the destination directory on the fly
- Integrated with the built-in Windows task scheduler for scheduled backups.
- Transfer only new or modified files to save space.
TeraCopy is an excellent alternative, but it only replaces the system’s normal copy interface and cannot organize files based on sophisticated criteria. FreeFileSync is another an effective folder syncing application, although its interface is too complicated for basic mask sorting.
