Sante DICOM Viewer is a popular application for viewing DICOM files. Following activation, you will obtain a perpetual license that allows you to use it as much as you like. One significant feature of this program is its Picture Archiving and Communication System client, which is compatible with all network services.
If desired, you can utilize the software as a mini-server; however, the number of patients you can import and keep is limited by the disk size on which it is installed. Another advantage is its simplicity of use. Although the interface is not in Russian, it is not very difficult to use; even someone with intermediate PC abilities can easily use it. You may operate on two monitors at the same time, switch between graphic formats, compare two photos side by side, print the results, and much more.
