Mp3tag, a smart and useful tool for modifying ID3 tags, has been upgraded. I use it personally, though I’ve been doing so less and less lately. It’s quick, has a simple UI, and is available in Russian. You can get it for free from the URL below; both a port and a repack version are available.
To get started, upload your music files and modify the tags as needed. Change the track name, artist, album, year, genre, cover art, and more. You can rename many files at once and extract information from their tags. You may import and export data in a variety of formats. The software can extract missing data from web databases, formerly FreeDB but currently mostly Discogs and MusicBrainz.

It supports all major formats, not only MP3, and includes ID3v1.1, ID3v2, APE tags, Vorbis Comments, and more. You can construct playlists and use custom fields if the regular ones are insufficient.
There is ReplayGain support for volume normalisation, Unicode support to ensure compatibility with any language, and built-in scripts for automation if you need to handle large-scale tasks.
