PhraseExpress is a macro program that automatically inserts text. It’s ideal if you find yourself typing the same sentences over and over. For example, you deal with email and use the same greetings, signatures, and responses every day. This tool automates all of that. When you assign a hotkey or shortcut, the software will automatically insert the text where needed.
You can download PhraseExpress for free using the key in the archive below, or use a crack for the full version.

Peculiarities:
- It’s simple: we generated a library of phrases and assigned them to abbreviations or hotkeys. For example, we wrote “prv,” and the program replaced it with the entire greeting, including our name and job title. It functions similarly to Ctrl+V, except that it inserts previously written text.
- The interface isn’t particularly user-friendly; it takes some getting accustomed to at first. The hotkey list is not obvious, and a newcomer may have difficulty finding it.
- One disadvantage I discovered is that when swiftly renewing the same command, there is a two-second latency; if you press the hotkey twice in a row, the second time may fail.
- The application supports macros and has automated correction. It can input dynamic data, such as the current date or whatever is on your clipboard. Phrases can be arranged into folders and synchronised across machines.
Another option is FastKeys, which is a text automator that can launch applications and control windows. It has more features but is also more difficult to understand.
