Universal Piper is a fully virtual bagpipe instrument built for Windows and iOS that allows users to mimic, tune, and play several piper types via MIDI or electronic chanters. A library with 17 bagpipes. Natural tuning of all bagpipes. Genuine drones. Chanters and drones are recorded note by note. Every bagpipe has an extended range of two octaves.
