Offline Map Maker is an application that lets you download map images for offline use from services such as Google Maps, Yahoo, Bing, and OpenStreetMap. All downloaded offline photographs are saved on your hard disk for future use. You can see the downloaded map using another software called Offline Map Viewer. You can also zoom in and out, save the offline map as a BMP file, and generate a xxx—map file to use with OziExplorer.
This tool is ideal for those who want to construct their own offline map of their city. Overall, I don’t believe anyone will find it very intriguing; I just saw it online and kept passing it by, so I decided to add it to my collection.
Offline Map Maker can be downloaded for free using the key provided in the archive at the bottom of this article. The program always comes with the most recent version, eliminating the need to purchase it.
