TweakNow WinIcon is a tiny application that generates icons from standard photos. This software is an excellent alternative for changing the default icons on your desktop or creating your own application icons. There’s no need to be a designer or build a bespoke icon from scratch; take an image and convert it into a ready-made ICO file.
Download TweakNow WinIcon for free with the activation key provided below.

Features:
- The UI is straightforward, with nothing more. Upload one or more images and merge them into a single icon, with the results displayed in the preview immediately. This is not a pixel editor like IcoFX; the purpose is different.
- The output file is in ICO or PNG format for Windows, with a maximum resolution of 256×256 pixels. The canvas can be expanded up to 1024×1024, and you can select an icon form from circle, rectangle, or rounded rectangle.
- The background can be customised with a gradient or a solid colour, and there are effects like 3D and gloss, as well as a frame with colour modification.
- Badges are supported; they’re small text boxes on the icon where you can add a caption or message. The typeface, background colour, and badge position are all adjustable. Any element can be moved to the desired spot.
IcoFX, as previously said, is a similar tool. It’s a fully functional icon editor with pixel-by-pixel drawing. It is more powerful, but also more complex. There’s also Greenfish Icon Editor Pro, which is free and provides good functionality while also working at the pixel level.
