The powerful Scale Photo Up app has been updated to support both photographs and films. The author claims that it doubles photo and video resolution. Resolutions were once 720p, but they are now closer to 1440p and, in some cases, appear to be native HD quality. The program does more than expand the image; it also improves details, reduces noise, and smoothes jagged edges. This is readily visible in older photographs. I will write about my tests. I’ve uploaded some old images from a 2012 phone; everything was hazy, and the pixels were difficult to notice. After processing, faces looked normal, the language on the signs was legible, and the background was less dirty—in summary, I saw a significant change. Visually, the results are also quite impressive; old videos from a cheap camera now appear more colourful. However, the detection is not always perfect; people’s necks may appear overly smooth at times, but there is no way around this for the time being.
If you edit videos, make YouTube videos, or publish to TikTok, you might like this release. You’ll also be able to restore and update old videos to meet current requirements. And if you retain old family archives, you’ll benefit because they’ll be more accessible.

A few intriguing facts:
- Upscale by twice the resolution.
- Remove noise and grain from photographs and videos. Smooth edges.
- You can work on complete videos.
I tested it on a friend’s machine with an i5 processor, 16GB of RAM, and an SSD, and everything ran really quickly. Remember that the software requires a lot of disk space, so it’s best to run it on a more capable machine.
As usual, download links are provided below the news. You will also receive the Treatment in the form of a crack or key. The version will be complete, without a demo mode.
The result is a clearer image, especially in older photographs. The software is not very hardware-intensive. The interface is straightforward to grasp; it is intended for all editors.
The software is fascinating; I was captivated by how it retrieves old archives. If you have an extensive collection of old films and images that would be a shame to lose but are uncomfortable to look at, you may run them through Scale Photo Up to see the results for yourself.
