What’s UltraISO
UltraISO is a program that can extract, create, edit, convert, and burn an Image CD/DVD in a single program. Able to edit ISO files directly, make images from CDs/DVDs, or create new CDs/DVDs from your local files and folders. You can also choose to make a CD/ImageDVD that can be booted. In addition, this program can convert all known CD/DVD image formats to ISO, BIN/CUE, Nero (.NRG) or CloneCD (.CCD/.IMG/.SUB)

How to make a USB Boot to install Windows
Can be done from XP up to 10. There is a rough method as follows
- Open the program
- Open the ISO file that we want to boot through the flash drive
- In the top menu bar click Bootable and select Write Disk Image
