VOVSOFT XML to CSV Converter is a straightforward tool that does not claim to be better than it is. It serves a single, very particular purpose: translating XML files to CSV. It works locally, without an internet connection, and can handle large numbers of files.

If you’ve used VOVSOFT software before, the interface will look familiar. Everything is done in a consistent style, with a simple window, few buttons, and no attempt to provide a one-size-fits-all solution. A table in the center accepts source XML files. You can choose them separately or specify a folder directly.
By default, subfolders are excluded from the search; this can be altered in the options. My point is that if your XML files are spread out across multiple folders, you can enable scanning of nested directories rather than manually gathering everything.

There are other options available, including selecting a folder to save the completed CSV files and specifying a CSV separator. This is critical, in my opinion, because some tables open with commas, while others use semicolons, particularly in Excel and under Windows regional settings. Both ANSI and UTF encodings are supported.
Another minor advantage is that you can tweak the program’s behavior in the settings, such as allowing automated XML file processing or launching in a minimized mode.
In summary, XML to CSV Converter converts shredded XML into a tabular CSV file that can subsequently be used in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Google Sheets, and other tools. It is absolutely acceptable for standard exports and reports.
Consider Total XML Converter, which is significantly more powerful and can convert XML to formats other than CSV. Another alternative is Advanced XML Converter, which is similar to other XML-to-tabular converters but offers more functionality.
