Real Cut 1D is an application that helps you cut one-dimensional materials more efficiently. It determines how to cut linear blanks with little waste. It is compatible with pipes, beams, profiles, slats, aluminium and PVC profiles, and window frames. I recognise that the program is very specialised, but it excels in its field.
Real Cut 1D can handle angles other than 90 degrees at the end of blanks. This is an excellent feature, as precisely attaching two pieces at 45-degree angles can result in significant material savings.
