I doubt many people will be interested in this program, but it’s worth a try. The creator claims that the software has alleviated a problem for every golf club worldwide. Handicap Manager for Excel converts a standard Excel spreadsheet into a USGA calculating center (for those unfamiliar, the United States Golf Association), while keeping the familiar spreadsheet style. It’s too difficult to figure out in a few minutes.
It supports up to 1,000 recent rounds per player and 2,500 courses. Nine or eighteen holes can be calculated, and the index is updated immediately upon entering. You can hit totals or score hole-by-hole, which displays graphs of drives, greens, and putts—the team captain will be thrilled. The computer keeps track of players’ histories, classifies them into ten categories, and creates tournament reports (no, gross, and stableford). Integration with Tournament Manager is just a few clicks away.

There is an option to upload the database to eHandicap, which allows players to contribute their own scores, examine scorecards and statistics in the browser, and send backups to a remote server. There is no Russian localization or menu. Excel is necessary, and a license upgrade is an additional price for larger clubs, but you get everything for free.
There is a built-in printing module that produces cards, lists, and labels. Files can be saved in HTML format and sent via email. A mouse-free, key-only option is available for those who prefer to be careful. Backup and restore are accomplished with a single button, ensuring that you do not lose data even if your computer crashes. Accurate calculations, simple navigation, and direct download links with activation keys are provided below. The program saves time for both coaches and athletes.
